Mr. Hill represented a tenant in a large apartment complex who was assaulted in a robbery attempt. The jury found a verdict in favor of the plaintiff tenant after Mr. Hill proved that the apartment complex failed to provide reasonable safety and security.

Mr. Hill represented a 4-year-old child who was sexually assaulted by a teacher’s aide in a day care center. The teacher left the classroom and allowed the teenage aide to supervise the children. A significant settlement offer was made and accepted after Mr. Hill was winning at trial.

Mr. Hill represented an innocent woman passenger who was fatally shot by a police officer that was attempting to arrest the driver of the vehicle.
